Description:
This course is designed to help you understand and manage communication apprehension associated with speaking in public.  Together we will discuss communication theory relevant to speaking in public. You will learn how to research, select, organize, and deliver a public speech. You will develop standards of excellence in public speaking by analyzing and controlling the speech situation and you will also develop critical thinking and writing skills.
